Sadia is a Data Science Co-Op student at York University, interested in using data to better understand real-world problems and make informed decisions. She worked on large-scale data projects, including leading and supporting surveys with over 700 responses and 65 partner agencies at Food Banks Mississauga, and building reports and dashboards to help teams make sense of their data.

As the founding president of the Data Science Club, Sadia has grown a community of 120+ students by organizing workshops, events, and collaborations with companies like Microsoft and Red Bull. She enjoys creating spaces where people can learn and connect.

Sadia is also currently writing a research article on hate crime rates across Toronto neighbourhoods and exploring how diversity may play a role.
