LUCY ZHANG

Lucy is a student at the Ivey Business School at Western University, where she is pursuing a dual degree in Honours Business Administration and Honours Specialization in Psychology. She is passionate about understanding people and applying those insights to create meaningful, impact-driven solutions.

Lucy is a Senior Project Lead with 180 Degrees Consulting and VP Partnerships at the Ivey Community Consulting Project, where she leads teams and manages client relationships to support nonprofit organizations in addressing strategic challenges. Through this work, she has developed a strong interest in the intersection of business and social impact.

On campus, Lucy is a Residence Don, where she has supported over 100 students across three years, and previously served as Psychology Department Representative, representing the student body on the Western Undergraduate Academic Committee. She is committed to creating environments where individuals can learn, grow, and feel supported.
