LARA SULEIMAN

Lara is a dual-degree student at Western University, pursuing an Honours Business Administration at the Ivey Business School, alongside an Honours Specialization in Political Science. She is particularly interested in the intersection of business strategy and social impact, with a focus on how organizations can drive sustainable and inclusive growth.

At Ivey, Lara serves as Co-VP Conference for the Ivey Social Impact Club, where she helps design and deliver programming that connects students with careers in ESG and purpose-driven business. She is also the President of Project Sunshine Western, where she leads a team of volunteers supporting pediatric patients and families, while driving creative, high-impact fundraising and engagement initiatives.

This summer, Lara will be joining Common Wealth Retirement as a Sales & Growth Analyst. In this role, she will contribute to expanding access to financial tools and services, supporting initiatives that empower individuals to build long-term financial well-being.
