Emily brings experience in arts management, spanning performing arts production and cross-border NGO development. She is driven to bridge cultural commitments with business value and impact.

She has led research, marketing and event strategies across music, theatre, festivals, and sustainability initiatives, maintaining partnerships with artists and cultural leaders from across Europe, Asia and North America. At the Federation for Asian Cultural Promotion, she led operations and built high-performing teams that strengthened regional networks during a time of transition. She also offers communications insights in branding, content and digital campaigns anchored in human behaviours and values.

At Rotman, Emily is an active member of Business Design Club and Women in Management Association, exploring convergence of human-centred design, sustainability investing and international business. At Rally Assets, she is committed to connecting arts, society, and finance for greater resilience.
