AYUB AZAM

Finishing his third year as a Honours Business Administration (HBA) student at the Ivey Business School, Ayub is passionate about the intersection of business and impact. He is particularly interested in using strategy and data-driven thinking to build solutions that create meaningful, scalable change.

Ayub has gained experience across strategy, marketing, and research roles. Through these experiences, he has developed a strong ability to translate insights into practical actions and business outcomes.

Beyond his professional experience, Ayub is deeply committed to leadership and community engagement. As Co-President of Western Management Consulting, he leads client-facing teams and fosters a collaborative, high-performance environment. He also participated in a #RisingYouth project, where he helped teach members of his community how to cook, combining his interest in impact with hands-on outreach.
