APRIL ZHOU

April is a second-year Commerce student at UBC Sauder, specializing in Marketing with a concentration in Sustainability and Social Impact.

At UBC, April is a Logistics Manager for Terra, an Enactus project developing a carbon-sequestering compost product. She has led R&D efforts and feasibility analyses toward a 2026 product launch, with early interest from community farms in Vancouver. April will be stepping into the role of Project Director for Terra in the coming year.

April has been involved in several clubs in marketing and graphic design capacities, including CUS Sustainability and the Creative Industries Network, and works as a Teaching Assistant for Business Communications. She also brings hands-on CPG marketing experience across retail and e-commerce, having led consumer research, sales, and digital campaigns across Canada.
