ABIGAIL GWITWARA
2026 | Rally Assets,
AI Enablement Intern
Education: McGill University, BA in International Development, Social Entrepreneurship & Educational Psychology
Abigail is an incoming final-year student at McGill University. She has always approached her interests through an interdisciplinary lens, firmly believing that everything is connected, including the relationship between capital and the good it can create.
This conviction has shaped her roles as an Investment Fellow and Impact Advisory Intern at Propel Impact, working with early-stage investments and measurement across medical technology and energy poverty. At Rep Matters, she contributed to diversifying funder pipelines and networks in service of Black tech founders.
Beyond this, community engagement is central to Abigail’s worldview, having served as Vice-President External of McGill’s International Development Studies Students Association (IDSSA) and as Black Affairs Coordinator within McGill’s Student Union.
In her free time, you’ll find Abigail reading African speculative fiction, playing netball, and hopefully, eating something good.
